Why were gorehounds so eager to see Nickel Mountain (1985), the tale of a poor pregnant gal who has a touching romance with an older man? Because word got out about lovely Heather Langenkamp’s torrid sex scenes. This was her film debut, but Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) made it to theaters first. Of course, horny horror fans across America had been praying that Freddy’s razored glove would snip away at Heather’s nightie. Instead, the ravishing redhead bared her boobies in this intelligent drama. At least our girlfriends were impressed when we brought it home from the video store.
