The Sacrifice (1986)

The Sacrifice (1986) opens up with a nuclear war erupting on our hero’s birthday. Some present. He’s so distraught that he seeks the council of a local maid and witch played by Guðrún Gísladóttir. He says he’ll forsake everything he has to right this terrible wrong. The witch makes him sleep with her in order to grant his wish. Not a bad deal, especially when Guðrún has a pair sure to bubble over your cauldron. This was Solaris (1972) director Andrei Tarkovsky’s last film, and he spices his usual glacier pace with not one but two nude scenes. The other belongs to French cutie Filippa Franzén, who runs around nude chasing chickens. It will make you choke yours.
