Super Bitch (1973)

The gritty Italian crime film Super Bitch (1973) should've been titled Superb Bitch, if it was trying to describe the English model turned movie star Stephanie Beacham. In fairness, it had a ton of other titles including Blue Movie Blackmail, Mafia Junction and Can Anyone be More of a Bastard Than Inspector Cliff?, but Super Bitch was by far the most memorable one. This Italian thriller is a Poliziotteschi, or Spaghetti Crime film: essentially low budget Italian cop movies they made a ton of back in the sixties and seventies that featured dirty cop protagonists. Ivan Rassimov is Cliff, a narcotics cop who likes to do drugs and screw drug loving women as part of his policing. He'll even shoot a man with a sniper rifle if he thinks it'll make things easier. His primary investigations center around two gangs: one led by the suave gangster named Morell (Ettore Manni) and one by the ruthless granny "Mama the Turk (Patricia Hayes). Morrell likes to use a high class hooker named Joanne (Stephanie Beacham) to blackmail people, but Joanne's Cliff's ex so of course they're gonna return to having sex. When he hooks up with her again, he finds out that Mama and Morrell are both trying to smuggle drugs from Beirut to New York, and he's the only one that can stop them. If he can stop screwing Joanne for a minute to do some actual police work! As the title bitch, Stephanie Beachem flashes all three B's in a bunch of different scenes in this flick, whether she's washing up in the bathroom, rolling around with Cliff, or just going for a naked stroll. You can't bitch about a lack of nudity, she gives us plenty! In fact, we were horny as a bitch in heat watching Stephanie in Super Bitch!
