The Deep (1977)

It’s a good thing this movie wasn’t called The Shallow because three-foot-deep water rarely gets cold enough to make nipples stand as firm and erect as Jacqueline Bisset’s in The Deep (1977) — unless the story is set in Alaska. Sure, that was a shallow thing to say but do you really think this film is famous for Nick Nolte’s performance? Based on Peter Benchley’s same-named novel, this PG rated flick turned out to be a big hit — earning $100 million at the box office and tons of interest in spank banks. Similar to Steven Spielberg’s cinematic adaptation of Benchley’s Jaws (1975), The Deep features Robert Shaw in the supporting cast and a “terror from the deep” theme. We’re guessing this action movie was equally scary judging by how stiff audience members got. And considering Jackie’s rack, you’d think they’d have titled this flick Jugs! If you’ve seen the opening sequence that showcases the actress’s jiggly presence above and below water, you’ll know what we mean. As the plot (which includes a hidden treasure, drug smuggling and black magic) unfolds, we get to view Ms. Bisset’s nips through a drenched and see-through white T-shirt. If that’s not titillating enough, the sexy brunette struts her stuff in barely-there black bikini bottoms. Nice booty! Breast of all, Jackie reveals her back as well as a bit of her side boob when she towels off on deck. Suffice it to say, glancing at a flash of her flesh will have you hoisting your sail!
