Breaking News in Yuba County (2021)

The star-studded ensemble comedy Breaking News in Yuba County (2021) is full of criminal mischief sure to delight fans of morbid black comedies everywhere! Allison Janney stars as Sue Buttons, a put upon housewife doing her best to keep up appearances despite the fact that her husband Karl (Matthew Modine) is not only carrying on an affair with Leah (Bridget Everett) but is also laundering money for crime boss Mr. Kim (Dead to Me's Keong Sim). When Sue walks in on Karl and Leah having sex, Karl has a heart attack and dies, leaving Sue in quite a predicament. In his possession, Karl had three million dollars that belonged to Mr. Kim, whose daughter Mina (Awkwafina) is now looking to reclaim along with her partner in crime Ray (Clifton Collins Jr.). Sue, however, has other things on her mind, namely how she can spin the tale of her "missing" husband into her ticket to fame and fortune courtesy of her reporter sister (Mila Kunis). A savvy detective (Regina Hall) is also on Sue's trail but the convoluted nature of the crime and the sheer number of parties involved are going to make cracking the case a much more difficult proposition than anticipated! With all of the big names involved, you might be hoping for a nudity bonanza, but it's the sensationally stacked funny lady Bridget Everett who rides to the rescue and gets some skin in the game! When Bridget is busted banging Modine, her big right breast is popped out of her neglige and stays out for quite a while! Now that's a Breaking News Flash we love to see!
