The Space Between (2021)

The dramedy The Space Between (2021) is a period piece set in the distant past of Los Angeles in the 1990s. Kelsey Grammer stars as Micky Adams, a has-been musician from the peace and love days of the 60s who is still locked in a byzantine contract with a record company who has rejected all of the music he's attempted to record for them over the last few decades. Desperate to finally drop the aging rocker, the record company sends an ambitious kid from the mailroom named Charlie (Jackson White) to Micky's house in hopes of getting him to drop out of the contract and free both himself and the company at last. Of course, that's not what happens as the arrival of Charlie brings with it an unexpected bout of creativity for Micky, who thinks that this kid might actually be his ticket to reemerging bigger and better than ever! With original songs written by Weezer's Rivers Cuomo and a supporting cast including well-known character actors William Fichtner and Andy Daly, up-and-coming The Girlfriend Experience star Julia Goldani Telles, and Michael Jackson's daughter Paris Jackson, The Space Between is a film that will touch you in unexpected ways! Of course, what we mean by that is that you'll be touching yourself thanks to the wholly unexpected topless debut of Paris Jackson! Just four minutes into the flick, she takes off her tank top in a dressing room to reveal her breasts on film for the very first time! Seems like there's not going to be a big Space Between you finding that out and doing something about it!
