If portraying Janet Weiss in The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975) wasn’t sexy enough, Susan Sarandon returns for more bone-chilling action in the erotic thriller The Hunger (1983). In it, she plays Dr. Sarah Roberts, a specialist in anti-aging who isn’t shy about showing off her knowledge and her protruding pokies! But life as she knows it will soon change once the brainy babe encounters vampire couple Miriam (Catherine Deneuve) and John Blaylock (David Bowie). Before she can say “suck me,” Sarah is bewitched, bothered and be taking off her clothes for Mrs. Blaylock. Yes, Ms. Sarandon reveals her black panties, big breasts and lesbian tendencies as she gets busy with Ms. Deneuve in bed. But vampires are tricky creatures so when we think we are seeing Catherine’s naked chest, the flesh really belongs to a body double. The same can be said for her steamy shower scene with Bowie. Nevertheless, the sapphic smooch shared between Susan and Catherine merits a standing ovation in our pants! Based on Whitley Strieber’s same-named novel of 1981, the R rated movie includes Cliff De Young, Dan Hedaya, Willem Dafoe, and the Goth rock band Bauhaus. If that’s not entertaining enough, Ann Magnuson flashes her perky poppers for a brief instant when Bowie gets himself a feel. Looks like everything’s Hunky Dory for these Scary Monsters and Super Creeps! Of course, we’re not sure how frightening this flick really is but it’s bound to raise more than just the hair on the back of your neck!
