The legendary large breast and big explosions loving director Andy Sidaris delivers the goods once more with the stranded on a deserted island flick, Savage Beach (1989). Those goods being the goodies of Hope Marie Carlton and Dona Speir as federal drug agents and expert pilots, of course. After delivering medical supplies to a remote hospital in the Marshall Islands, Donna (Dona Speir) and Taryn (Hope Marie Carlton) end up in the middle of a storm, and have to make an emergency landing on a seemingly abandoned island. But it's not abandoned for long. A crew of psychotic treasure hunters show up looking for a rumored cache of World War Two gold, and refuse to let anyone stand in their way. Our girls don't want the money for themselves, but they do want to help the Japanese World War II holdout living there keep from getting hurt. It's our crew of well endowed commandos versus a gang of gold hungry psychos in a sun and sand battle on Savage Beach! Sidaris is the master of tough-naked-chicks-with-guns movies, and this one's one of his big chest best. Even the girls' boss has to have a topless beauty by his side, here played by the top-heavenly Maxine Wasa. Wowsa! How can you argue with a movie where even the bad guys are naked and played by such sweet honeys as Teri Weigel, who shows all three B's while in bed with her man? There's an incredible scene where Dona and Hope go for a naked run on the beach, and an even better one where those two are joined by Lisa London and Patyy Duffek for topless hot tub time. Why Duffek wasn't Mr. Skin invited over for a dip? With all those big tittied babes hanging out, we sure wish Savage Beach turned into Sapphic Beach!
