Red Notice (2021)

Netflix's biggest budgeted most high profile movie featuring the biggest names in 21st century entertainment, Red Notice (2021), made a big splash on the steaming service when it premiered in November, 2021! The film stars Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Ryan Reynolds, and Gal Gadot, and is directed by frequent Johnson collaborator Rawson Marshall Thurber (Central Intelligence, Skyscraper). The $200 million globetrotting adventure takes its title from the global equivalent of an all points bulletin, with a red notice being an alert by Interpol to all law enforcement agencies that one of the most wanted criminals in the world is about to do something huge. No nonsense FBI agent John Hartley (Johnson) is hot on the trail of art thief and most wanted man Nolan Booth (Reynolds), who is about to pull off the crime of the century. The only problem is, he isn't actually, as he's been scooped by rival art thief Sarah Black (Gadot) and set up to take the fall for a heist he didn't commit. Now Booth must convince Hartley to team up with him in order to take down Black once and for all, but Hartley needs to know if he's actually got a partner in justice with Booth, or if he's just become an unwitting partner in his crime! Since this is a mega-budget, family friendly action blockbuster, don't go in expecting any nudity. Gal Gadot does show off a lot of her signature cleavage and looks drop dead gorgeous in a teeny bikini as she goes swimming on a yacht, but this is otherwise a strictly sexless affair!
