If These Walls Could Talk 2 (2000)

You don’t have to see If These Walls Could Talk (1996) to comprehend the action in If These Walls Could Talk 2 (2000). Instead of focusing on abortion as the first film did, this sequel centers on a much better topic — lesbianism! The anthology movie features three separate segments set in the same house but during different decades. Each story presents the difficult issues and profound rewards of the sister-suckling lifestyle with sensitivity, intelligence, and a bounty of emoting and groping by a bunch of rug-munching babes! Indeed, the comely cast includes Elizabeth Perkins, Kathy Najimy, Natasha Lyonne, Nia Long, and Regina King. The first vignette takes place in 1961 when elderly lesbians Edith (Vanessa Redgrave) and Abby (Marian Seldes) interact with Ted (Paul Giamatti). Which of these things is not like the other? The second segment is set in 1972. When Linda (Michelle Williams) isn’t touting her pokies in a ’70s white shirt, she’s changing clothes to expose her Dawson’s Peaks! Gotta love gratuitous celebrity nudity. At the risk of repetition, Ms. Williams takes off her bra to present her orbs to an equally-undressed Amy (Chloë Sevigny). As a butch woman, Ms. Sevigny proceeds to squeeze Michelle’s mams, followed by some straddling and grinding! It’s the year 2000 in the final piece which has Fran (Sharon Stone) revealing her rack and rump while humping a topless Kal (Ellen Degeneres) in bed. Of course, if these bedroom walls could talk, they’d ask how Ms. Degeneres scored a sexpot like Ms. Stone!
