If a film is titled Erotic Images (1983), then the producers better have packed their movie full of skinematic icons--and we don’t mean the sight of former ’50s icon Edd “Kookie” Byrnes as an aging Lothario too busy doing business to do a beautiful broad. This sex spoof certainly gets us off on the right foot by starring former Bond girl Britt Ekland as Julie Todd, an awesome academic who thinks she's hit it big when her sex study turned Ph.D. thesis is about to be made into a Hollywood movie. And since she's so sexy, why not let her be the movie's star? But as anyone who's read all the "casting couch" stories that come out of Hollywood knows, there are always men looking to trade sex for screentime with the newest starlet. Since she's a married academic, can Miss Todd escape those lusting after her bod, or will she need to pleasure some director's D so they'll work on her Ph.D. movie? The cast includes plenty of budding young actresses who we're sure got the role on merit not by doing it. None of them went on to Ekland-worthy status, but you’ll be loving the ’80s while ogling Barbara Peckinpaugh, Alexandra Morgan, Julia Parton, Alexandra Day, and Remy O'Neill.
