Girlie (Dakota Johnson) has just landed back in New York City after a visit to Oklahoma to see her half-sister. She gets into a cab driven by Clark (Sean Penn), a Hell’s Kitchen native who ends up engaging his fare in light-hearted conversation. But as their late-night drive lingers thanks to an accident on the road, the two start to dig deeper into each other’s private lives, all while Girlie is inundated by texts from the older married man who can’t wait for her return. At one point, she sends the horny devil she’s seeing a topless pic already in her phone on the pretense that she took it during the cab ride. We’re pretty sure that’s a double standing in for Dakota’s double lattes, but they’re delicious just the same!
