Blood Castle (1970)

An elderly countess finds out that the ticket to her replenished beauty and youth is to take the blood of her maid. This leads her to continually bathing in the blood of virgins. When a young attractive soldier comes onto the scene and she falls in love with him, she must continue to kill to maintain her young figure and grace. She has to ensure that no one will ever find out her secret. Can she keep up appearances for the young soldierly stud? Will she run out of virgins to slaughter? Or will her secret eventually get out, and would the soldier even mind?

Erna Schurer is lying topless in a bed as she’s chained to posts. Although the scene is rather dark, it’s not too dark to make out her chest pillows jiggling as she struggles to break free. With all the young hot virgins getting killed in this flick while naked, it may as well be called Boob Castle.
