Delirium (1973)

Hungarian muscleman and daddy of the much more famous Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star Mariska Hargitay, Mickey Hargitay brought his talents to Italy for the psychedelic horror freak-out Delirium (1973). In this gal filled giallo, Mickey plays noted psychologist Herbert Lyutak, who is collaborating with the local authorities as a criminal profiler to track down a sex crazed serial slayer of beautiful women. It shouldn't be tough to figure it out, since it's Herbert himself! Rita Calderoni portrays Mrs. Lyutak, who responds to her husband's work by being carried away in a series of abstract, blazingly sexual fever dreams that are punctuated every so often by gruesome murders. But when Herbert's hanging out with the cops just as another murder happens, both the police and Herbert's wife are dumbfounded. Mysterious! Are there two killers? Is the wife in on it? Is Delirium full of sexy women? We'll answer that last one: there sure are, and you'll want to leer at em! The shrink is prone to erotic hallucinations, and Delirium ultimately explodes in a garish, richly colored tapestry of sadomasochism, lesbian orgies, and heaps of the world's hottest female flesh. Christa Barrymore shows titty and kitty in a bonkers torture scene where she's attacked by Herbert, while Rita Calderoni will have you beating the bologna via a fully nude sex scene where she unchains herself to join a lesbian threesome. That threesome's off the chain! Stefania Fassio is hot fa-sho as a bush and boob baring dead body we see in a photo. But the nudity you'll really want to drink in comes from Cristina Perrier. Whether she's going full frontal as she gets attacked by an unseen psycho or feeling up her own jugs as she gets tied up by a pair of ladies, Perrier will have you thirsty thanks to her decision to dump em in Delirium!
