Young, Sexy & Dead (2023)

Renamed as to not confuse itself with the 1999 dark comedy starring Kirsten Dunst and Denise Richards also titled Drop Dead Gorgeous and re-released thirteen years later, this mockumentary-style satire stars Ivy Levan as Cynthia, an aspiring model freshly arrived in the big city. The film crew - led by Peter (Nicholas Irons) -  following her around plans to document her rise to fame now that's she's been chosen as the face of the latest campaign by world renowned fashion designer Phillipe (Josh Coxx)... that is, until Cynthia accidentally overdoses on diet pills. Instead of reporting her death, the film crew, Phillipe, and everyone else involved decide to keep going as if she were alive. Yep, they basically Weekend At Bernie's her into finishing the project. She's at least alive when we first see Ivy's tasty T'n'A, starting with when the film crew surprises her with their arrival and later as she's trying on dresses. But the rest of the time her beautiful naked body is lying down lifeless or propped up somehow. Arielle Vandenberg strips down to her undies as an older model named Sabrina who's still trying to make it, while Dawn Olivieri pops up in her panties to pose alongside the cold dead corpse. Still Ivy et al will have you growing like a weed in your pants!
