Victoire (2004)

An overworked woman uses extreme means to simplify her life in the brutal French flick Victoire (2004). Normally, Victoire (Sylvie Testud) is a sweet woman who would never hurt a fly, let alone another human being. But between working at her mother's cafe, her divorced father's new family, her inconsiderate lover, whiny cleaning lady and demanding hairdresser, Victoire feels like she's being pulled in a million different directions at once. Exhausted and overwhelmed, Victoire wakes up one morning determined to silence the chatter that's been driving her crazy...by any means necessary.
