The Wrong Girls (2026)

As the title suggests, the plot of this stoner comedy revolves, as they often do, around a case of mistaken identity. The doppelgänger in question is Frankie (Kristen Stewart), who was once a star engineering student at Stanford until she crashed and burned. Now she spends her days getting high and working as a delivery person to try to scrape together rent money for the apartment she shares with Molly (Alia Shawkat), an equally aimless pothead who likes to experiment in the kitchen. When Frankie gets mistaken for a lookalike who’s now dating her ex-boyfriend, she’s unwittingly bestowed something by a wig-wearing LaKeith Stanfield while at a metal concert: a briefcase filled with special top-secret hallucinogens that, when taken by Frankie and Molly, give them telepathic powers. This gets them pursued by some Danish thugs as well as a doctor (Kate McKinnon) who wants to study their newfound abilities. Kristen dons a pleather bralette during and after the handoff, but the real skin comes when she and Alia quickly drop their drawers behind a parked car. We slapped some SkinVision on that particular moment because while they may be the wrong girls, seeing their asses in slow motion feels oh so right!
