Tempesta (2004)

Tempesta (2004) is one of the rare films made in Luxembourg, and tells the story of an American art appraiser who is sent to Venice to verify the authenticity of three paintings that were just acquired by a famous art museum there. Just before he can conduct his evaluation however, the paintings are stolen and the art curator turns into a detective, with the help of a professional art restorer (Natalia Verbeke), to determine where the thieves have taken the paintings.  Natalia Verbeke heats up the screen with her performance. Though the only two glimpses we get of her naked knockers are from behind a sheet and obscured by shadows, she looks awfully sexy prancing around in a tight red bustier and tiny black panties. Jessica Reavis more than makes up for it though with a sensational topless scene where she wears a strange outfit that shows of her snoobs for all the art snobs!
