Raw Nerve (1999)

Throw in South American drug lords with a penchant for throat-slitting vengeance, toss in a few hot, breast-baring broads susceptible to the charms of the rogue lawman, and garnish with a side of inoperable cancer that renders the bad detective impervious to considerations of health or well-being, and you have the recipe for a bang-up entertainment.
