Master Gardener (2023)

Writer and director Paul Schrader's follow-up to his film The Card Counter (2021) is another tale of a man running from a dangerous past in Master Gardener (2023). Joel Edgerton stars as Roth, the groundskeeper and master horticulturalist at the estate of Norma Haverhill (Sigourney Weaver), with whom he is also carrying on a sexual affair. When Norma's niece Maya (Quintessa Swindell) comes to live at the estate, Norma hopes that Roth can train her as his apprentice, but the closer Maya and Roth get, the more danger there is of the dark past he is trying desperately to keep hidden getting out and ruining everyone around him! 

Since the film's sexiest scene involves a major spoiler, beware when checking out the scene between Edgerton and Quintessa Swindell an hour and twenty four minutes in when they strip nude in front of one another. Sadly Ms. Swindell swindled us by wearing modesty patches over her nipples, but it's a sexy scene nonetheless!
