Inochi (2002)

Based on a true story, Inochi (2002) tells the tale of a Japanese girl who becomes pregnant by her married lover. She decides to keep the baby and her ex-boyfriend (who is suffering from cancer) pledges to help her raise it. It is a heavy subject matter with some deep themes, but lucky for us it also includes making babies which means naked boobies.
