The surf movies of the 1960s were something else.  Before the sexual revolution of the late 60s and early 70s, the relative wholesomeness of getting a girl in a high-waisted bikini on the beach was about as risqué as you were allowed to get on celluloid before the FBI came and shut down production and J. Edgar kneecapped the producers on the soundstage.  In 1964's For Those Who Think Young though, they pushed the edge of sexiness in cinema (well, by 1964 standards) by bringing on an all-star cast of college girls to save the day!  This flick drops us off right on the beach, next to Oceancrest College, where we meet school girl Sandy (Pamela Tiffin) walking out of the shower.  She's been getting called on by the "big man on campus" Ding (James Darren) to go on a date.  The only problem is, she hates Ding because his rich asshole grandpa is trying to shut down the swinging-est club on the beach, The Silver Palms!  You see, Sandy's uncle Woody has been a mainstay on the stage there and she doesn't want to see him out of work OR see the best place to twist the night away get bulldozed!  So she rebukes Ding's offers until him and his lacky, Kelp (Bob Denver), help her to save the club!  Along for the ride is her best friend Karen (Nancy Sinatra), Silver Palms burlesque dancer (Tina Louise), and Dr. Swenson (A shockingly young Ellen Burstyn).  This movie has it all! Tina Louise doing multiple burlesque dances in skimpy outfits, Paul Lynde cracking wise years before Hollywood Square came about, Pamela Tiffin's side boobage coming out of the shower, and the shockingly sexy scene of Bob Denver feeding Nancy Sinatra a lollipop on her knees while in a bikini, which shouldn't be as sexy as it seems, but again... They knew how to get around the censors to imply Gilligan getting a BJ from Old Blue Eyes daughter!  For Those Who Think Young, more like "For Those Whose Think About Sex On The Beach Without Expressly SAYING THAT" (1964).
