Emmanuelle IV (1984)

Sylvia Kristel returns as the lead in Emmanuelle IV (1984), but only briefly. She still plays the bisexual heroine who has inspired a decade of sticky carpets, but early in the film she seeks the help of a plastic surgeon to change her sexy features in order to escape from a jilted lover (Patrick Bauchau). She wakes up from the operation as Mia Nygren, who proves that while she may look different, she is the same old Emmanuelle when she says, "I want to be free and make love to the whole of Brazil." But get this, somehow she's turned herself back into a virgin, so the next time she feels a man's touch will feel just like the first time! After making love through the entirety of South America, she bumps into that discarded lover again. He sees her as a different person, suitable for seduction. Naturally, she complies. Apparently Emmanuelle just can't hold a grudge or keep her clothes on! Sylvia didn't bless us with one last look at her naked body, but her replacement Mia Nygren more than makes up for it. The thin Swede is constantly completely naked in this fourth film.
