Thank God the generous motorist played by angelical vision of physical perfection Hayley Mills in Deadly Strangers (1974) had not yet learned this important lesson of safe travel. The movie-going experience would have been much safer if Mills had left the menacing unknown standing at the side of the road, but it would have been far less interesting as well. There would have been no murder, no spoors of blood, no reason for Hayley to be taken by surprise while standing nude in the bathtub.
