Beatrix is Invisible (2025)

Surely no one had a seventy-four-year-old Ellen Greene going topless on their 2025 bingo card, but here we are thanks to filmmaker Alex Farias. Her short film stars Little Shop of Horror’s original Audrey as the titular widowed grandmother who lately has been struggling with feeling insignificant and unseen by those around her. At this point, her life involves reading biographies, hanging with her daughter Sarah (Taylor Shurte) and grandson Eddy (Haiden Pino), and not much else. She’s not sure where she stands in society, so after a conversation with Rabbi Rob (Rhys Mitchell), Beatrix sets out to change who she is and how the rest of the world views her. Despite the title, Ellen’s endowments are very visible when she poses nude for an art class. It’s the first time Ellen has undressed since 2001 and we’re so glad we can suddenly see more of her knockout knockers!
