When the Mist Clears (2022)

13-year-old Isabella and her father Frank (Victor Ptak) are both swallowed by grief when Isabella’s mother dies of cancer. Their relationship becomes severed when her father decides to throw himself into work and hire an endless parade of nannies, tutors, and therapists to take over caring for his daughter. Years later, Frank finds new love with an Italian woman named Claudia, (Maddalena Ischiale) and she’s able to convince Frank that they should bring Isabella (Gena Miller) to a remote estate in the Italian countryside to try and repair the disconnect between father and daughter and become a complete family again. Filmed during the global pandemic, the movie reportedly only had an outline of a script, but just about every scene must have had some note about Isabella wearing a bikini - except the few where she’s wearing nothing at all! Gena debuts her nude body by baring her breasts in the shower and then again after losing her lingerie while bedding Christian Howard. When the mist clears, you’ll need a change of pants!
