That's what tinytown yokel Bill Adler decides to do after hearing about the crazy goings-on out west; he aims his souped-up ’70s van straight for Los Angeles, where he quickly gets wood for drag racer Cynthia Wood (the perky Playmate who played—what else?—a perky Playmate in Apocalypse Now [1979]). While Bill gets close to greaser David Hayward, takes in some topless dancing, and meets a sex-crazed carhop who just happens to also be B-movie cutie Tara Strohmeier, he also learns a valuable lesson about . . . absolutely nothing! Whoo!
