Job hoppers have a cautionary lesson to be learned in The Presidio (1988). If you must leave a position on strained terms with your former employers, taking on the old boss’s daughter as your girlfriend will only complicate an already difficult relationship. Oh, and if your career arc originated as an officer in the service of the U.S. military cops, and then you jumped to the rank of detective on the San Francisco police force, be assured that a case will arise that demands cross-jurisdictional cooperation. Hey, in the midst of all this unresolved past work drama, it looks like the killer is about to scamper off free and clear.
