After watching The Love Machine (1971) it's obvious why Jacqueline Susann, on whose book this film is based, is such a popular novelist. Her stories are rife with sex! The love machine of the title is a TV newscaster who sleeps with a network executive's wife to climb the corporate ladder. Jodi Wexler is the adulterous wife and Dyan Cannon joins her in a skinless role. But far more revealing are Playboy Playmate October 1970 Madeleine Collinson, her twin sister and fellow Bunny poser Mary Collinson, and Alexandra Hay in her nude debut. She went on to only one more skin scene, in How to Seduce a Woman (1974), which ain't Hay.
