The Faculty (1998)

A blending of The Thing (1982), Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978), and The Breakfast Club (1985), directed by Robert Rodriguez from a script crafted by Scream (1996) screenwriter Kevin Williamson: it's no wonder The Faculty (1998) has gone on to become a beloved cult classic even if it didn't hit it big at the box office when it was first released. In the movie, a pack of rogue teens suspect that the teachers at their Ohio high school are being replaced with a staff of bloodthirsty alien invaders. And they're right! School newspaper reporter Casey Connor (Elijah Wood) is the first to figure it out after him and head cheerleader Delilah (Jordana Brewster) see the football coach (Robert Patrick) forcing a giant slug into the comically hot school nurse (Selma Hayek). When the science teacher (Jon Stewart) tries to do the same to the school stoner Zeke (Josh Hartnett) and the new girl in school Marybeth (Laura Harris), they figure out how to stop the evil teachers: drugs! Yes, Zeke sells some kind of knockoff ecstasy that messes up anyone that's been replaced by an alien. Armed with their new way of determining who has been infected and who hasn't, the gang head back to school to put a stop to the invasion by killing the alien queen. But since the whole football team has been infected, that's not going to be easy. Speaking of easy, supernatural stunners such as Bebe Neuwirth, Salma Hayek, and Piper Laurie are all member stiffening members of this school's quite easy on the eyes staff, which might explain why so few students ever go truant. Add in the wild amount of stars and "I know that guy!" celebrities like Christopher McDonald, Usher Raymond, Summer Phoenix, and Daniel von Bargen making up the cast, and the rewatchability of this late 90's horror flick is unmatched. But while none of the staff show any of the good stuff, Laura Harris does. As the new girl in school making all the boys drool, Laura ends up being the alien queen, which she tells Zeke in a scene where she goes for a naked swim in the school pool and shows her tight ass in the process. Inject Mr. Skin with an alien slug and he'll be a good alien worker bee for a chance at touching that behind! That awesome ass will have you losing all your faculties! She brought the A plus A, we just wish Laura Harris has added the T in The Faculty!
