The mine outside of Silver City is closed after a mysterious cave-in that killed plenty of miners. Then the entrance is blasted back open, which reveals that the real disaster was scaly underground creatures with razor-sharp tentacles. But since nobody wants to see a bunch of hairy old miners get attacked, The Boogens (1982), so to speak, go boogying for a taste of four young adults--including the lovely Rebecca Balding and Anne-Marie Martin.
