Switch Killer (2005)

Few reversals of fortune are more emasculating to a fellow than to have his former girlfriend start swinging for the other team after she has broken up with him. The hero of Switch Killer (2005) is willing to go to the most extreme lengths to reclaim his suddenly gay gal, even to the extent of becoming the film’s heroine. How many guys would go through all the trouble of undergoing a sex-change operation solely in the hopes of becoming more attractive to their favorite lesbian? Very few, and those who do see no need to stop at surgery. Moving right along to homicide, the scalpel-gelded protagonist of Switch Killer proceeds to kill off all his ex-love’s hot chick bedmates, wagering that she will succumb to him once he becomes the last lady alive.
