Abandoned in the desert, Robert is a tire that suddenly and inexplicably gains consciousness in Rubber (2010). As he (literally) puts the rubber to the road, this strange little guy discovers he’s been given the even stranger power of exploding living things with his mind. As revenge for a tire fire he witnessed in his first moments of consciousness, Robert sets out on a rampage of wanton destruction. Can the malleable menace of Rubber be tamed?
