Laura Fanton (Julie De Bona) is a talented chef whose been training in Paris for the better part of ten years when a childhood friend is mysteriously murdered on her family's abandoned property. She goes back during the tragedy and decides to turn the place into a hotel—but Laura is obviously not welcome. The village's residents openly treat her with hostility and spread rumors about her family's past, and when another murder goes down, it's clear that Laura is in danger.
