Rosebush Pruning (2026)

From screenwriter Efthimis Filippou, the man who teamed up with Oscar winner Yorgos Lanthimos to bring us The Killing of a Sacred Deer, Kinds of Kindness, and more, comes this adaptation of the 1965 Marco Bellocchio film Fists in the Pocket, helmed by Karim Aïnouz. It tells the story of a wealthy American family holed up in their elegant manor in the Spanish countryside, led by a blind patriarch (Tracy Letts) still haunted by the death of his wife (Pamela Anderson), who was killed by a pack of wolves. He has three full-grown adult children with no plans to leave the comforts of home: the epileptic Robert (Lukas Gage), wannabe musician Anna (Riley Keough), and the fashion-forward Ed (Callum Turner). But the eldest son Jack (Jamie Bell) is desperate to escape, and has found his ticket out by way of his new girlfriend, talented classical guitarist Martha (Elle Fanning). It probably has something to do with the fact that everyone in the house wants to jump Jack’s bones. Tired of being the tastiest piece of meat this side of the raw lamb the family leaves in tribute to those aforementioned man-eating wolves, Jack invites Martha over, but, as one might suspect, the presence of an interloper does not sit well with his horny family, and deadly hijinks ensue.

Elle delivers her knockout knockers while getting banged on a desk, and there’s a moment with menstrual blood reminiscent of Saltburn, yet another film about the demise of the well-to-do family. We view a bit of nippage from Riley as she titty fucks an oiled-up eggplant, plus we get to see Baywatch hottie Pamela don a swimsuit again! Rosebush Pruning is sure to help your pants grow!
