Moving Violations (1985) is a mad cap comedy about a group of students in a remedial drivers education class whose goofy ways keep butting heads with their rather abusive instructors. 

Mr. Skin wants to violate the sexy Sally Kellerman after watching her in a leather-and-mesh dominatrix costume as she doms James Keach.
