Maternité clandestine (1953)

A group of wandering drifters who jump trains and commit petty robbery are encouraged by their leader, Maurice (Michel Roux), to begin committing larger crimes, specifically a largely organized heist. But before the heist can occur, the attempted suicide of a girl who throws herself into a river distracts them from their objective. The group rescues her and finds out that she’s pregnant. Everyone comforts and consoles her until Andre shows back up and is furious that they let themselves be distracted by her, and attempts to kick her out. The group then seems to change alliances.

While shows like Leave it to Beaver were roaming the airwaves in the 50s, the French were already putting nudity into their movies. Dany Carrel gets undressed by a group of guys while unconscious and her left boob flops out in the process. The same one makes a return when a desperate guy puts up a fight to see it again. Seems like he should more clandestine about such things.
