Director Nick Millard crafted something of a smut classic when he embarked on a project to capture forty-eight hours in the life of San Francisco’s most sexually liberated man: Les Chic (1972). The hero is a laid-back lover who (according to the film’s voiceover narrative) exists on an entirely separate plane from the Bay Area’s typical smattering of squares. Chic’s not shy about demonstrating his acumen, either, getting quickly and wildly busy with exhibitionist hottie Rene Bond. Bond manages to suck and sleep her way to adult-film stardom in a handful of memorable sequences that will have you yearning for a return to the swingin’ ’70s.
