Review

A dark and steamy modern film noir, La Amante Perfecta (1976) tells the story of Lina, an actress, who upon the night of her big film release is lewdly assaulted by a complete stranger. Instead of calling the police to file charges, she tracks the man down and begins to fall in love with him. This is an unusual and oddly moving tale filmed with many unexpected delights.
