It's My Turn (1980)

Brainy broads don’t always have the best luck with boyfriends, but they sure are fun to watch as they flounder from nebbish to cad, which explains the appeal of It’s My Turn (1980). The always dramatically committed, intriguingly blonde Jill Clayburgh claims the screen as a smarty pants mathematician who can’t figure out how to satisfy her emerging libido without making a mess. Charles Grodin is fittingly droll and drab as Jill’s live-in Lothario, and dashing young Michael Douglas does his sex-addict best to bust up the cozy domestic arrangements.
