Holidays (2016) takes a sinister, hellish approach to all of our beloved, commercialized celebrations. The holidays that make us feel warm and fuzzy (and sometimes very drunk) often have darker, deeper roots that we forget in the midst of decorations and presents. Take St. Patrick's Day, for example—what's basically a reason to get shit faced now was once about the snake-shooing St. Pat, and this film brings that (along with twisted Celtic symbolism) back in full force. And then there's a little girl who's afraid of the Easter bunny and encounters a real monster, plus the ramifications of the mate-seeking New Year's Eve when serial killers are involved. Combine that with shorts about Father's Day and Mother's Day plus a twisted look at Christmas Eve, and you'll rethink some of your favorite holidays. Luckily, there's plenty of skin to be seen in this film—Karina Noelle plays a virtual reality porn star who wears lingerie and a collar while giving a blow job, Sophie Traub shows bare breasts alongside Erica Pitts, Adele Jacques, Willow Hale, and Gwendolyn Druyor during a bewitching scene.
