Escape from Galaxy 3 (1981)

Like a great many Italian exploitation films of the 70s and 80s, Giochi erotici nella terza galassia (1981) has a bunch of alternate titles including Escape from Galaxy 3, Star Lovers, Space Trap, and Starcrash II, as the film reuses multiple scenes from the Italian sci-fi flick Starcrash (1980)! The film, rushed into production to capitalize on the Star Wars craze that gripped the world in the wake of that film's release, centers on a war in the stars! Princess Belle Star (Sherry Buchanan) and her trusted hot shot pilot and space captain Lithan (James Milton) warn the Princess' father King Ceylon (Auran Cristea) that their remote space kingdom is under threat of a hostile takeover by Oraclon (Don Powell, drummer of the band Slade), known as The King of the Night. When Ceylon refuses to surrender to Oraclon, he finds his kingdom under attack while the Princess and Lithan jet off to locate Ceylon's old ally Antares, who is sure to help them in their fight. They find themselves on a planet very much like Earth, where they soon succumb to all the earthly pleasures that space has deprived them of, namely sex and nudity, which is what Mr. Skin likes in a sci-fi adventure! Sherry Buchanan goes nude twice in the film, baring her breasts while skinny dipping beneath a waterfall, then showing off some terrific T'n'A when she and her man get busy in the bedroom! While the production values alone ensure that no one would ever mistake this flick for Star Wars, you can't deny that Star Wars wouldn't have been a better movie if it hadn't added some skin!
