Tired of watching his clients have all the fun, bribe-happy lawyer Andrew Stevens puts together his own big heist in Down the Drain (1990)--which only goes wrong after Stevens finds out that he’s in possession of some secret government documents. This rip-off of The Thomas Crown Affair (1968) quickly becomes a Tits & Ass Affair thanks to the presence of Teri Copley as Stevens’s love interest.
