Doc Hollywood (1991)

A hotshot young doctor gets the hots for a country girl and has to decide between life in the sticks or sticking with his life plan in the beloved comedy Doc Hollywood (1991). Michael J. Fox plays Ben Stone, an arrogant doctor on his way from the Washington, D.C., ER to a lucrative gig as a Beverly Hills based plastic surgeon. But on the way West, he puts his Porsche into a fence in small town South Carolina, and is sentenced to doing thirty two hours of community service at the local hospital. Ends up, the town's old doctor is retiring, and they'd love this slick young man to take the gig permanently. What does this tiny town have to offer him? A whole lot of nothing, until he starts to fall for the local ambulance driver Lou (Julie Warner). If he leaves, she'll be stuck with local yokel Hank (Woody Harrelson) and the town won't have anyone to take care of them. Will Doc follow his cock and stay in South Carolina, or ditch the rural crowd and pursue his dreams in sunny Socal? If this plot sounds familiar, a whole lot of people have accused the animated move Cars (2006) of ripping this one off. But the kiddie flick can't do what this one does, since this pleasant comedy teaches Fox the true value of life, personified by the arousing Julie Warner, who offers him the breast reason to stay in the small town. Yes, despite this one being PG-13, we get a full frontal view of her wet boobs while she takes a naked swim. No surgeon can't top those all natural country cans! Spoiler alert, this doc gives up Hollywood for the woody erected by Julie's amazing jugs!
