The Wrong Man (1993)

In the made-for-cable, built-to-arouse, South of the Border thriller The Wrong Man (1993), an American sailor is framed for the murder of a Mexican smuggler. The sailor escapes the police when he luckily meets up with John Lithgow. John’s a smuggler in his own right—in that he traffics the hottest breasts around. His wife, played by Rosanna Arquette, is the owner of those chest protectors, as well as a great ass. Rosanna loves a man in uniform, and specifically, she really loves seamen! So it's no surprise when she falls for sailor boy. Things start to go bad for our hero because John doesn't take losing that body too well. Would you?
