Der Mann mit dem Glasauge

Der Mann mit dem Glasauge (1969)

Brief Nudity

Review

An old 60s crime film with a mix of equal parts old noir and the James Bond series, Der Mann mit dem Glasauge (1969), or The Man with the Glass Eye, begins with a dancer witnessing a murder in a hotel room. Inside the victim’s pocket, the two detectives find a glass eye. The dancer, the sole witness to the crime, a few days later turns up dead as a result of poisoning. Many suspects involved in show business come to the forefront, including a suspicious ventriloquist and a knife thrower who is missing one of his knives. The story goes through a long maze of twists and turns before even getting close to finding the suspect.

Heidrun Hankammer plays the dancer Leila, who was witness to the crime. She shows brief butt and boobs in the hotel when romping around with a soon to be dead guy. At least he got to witness this gorgeous German before shuffling off.
