Several porn stars get scattered, smothered, sliced and diced (à la Waffle House hash browns) in Delirium (1987), an Italian soft-core slasher flick that features buns and blood galore, not to mention repeated close-ups of star Serena Grandi's mega-"grandi" tetons. Mamma mia! That's what Mr. Skin calls a super-sized combo. (OK, enough of the food/sex metaphors . . . though this film IS Italian.) Serena plays a hooker-turned-smut-publisher whose successful men's magazine is plagued by a serial killing sicko who systematically snuffs her models in twisted ways (including spraying one girl with killer bee attractant, then locking her in a room with an agitated swarm). The psycho then sends her the gruesome "after" shots of the girls, posed in front of a semi-nude poster of herself . . . leading her to believe she will be next. As the suspense (and stiffy) builds, nudity abounds, including a mildly pornographic pool scene where Trine Michelsen serves as the creamy filling in an Oreo lesbian sex scene with two nympho negresses (oops, there I go again with the food!).
