Clay (2007)

Wes Reid is the titular serial killer in the 2007 horror flick Clay. Turned into a psychopath by years of psychological abuse at the hands of his father (Tom Minion), Clay stands on the street holding out both of his hands and stalking and murdering the first person who walks by and touches his hand. Coincidentally, naturally busty Margaret Derbyshire shows that she has way more than a handful when she gets topless in a shower scene.
