Bikini Summer 3 (1997) tells the skin-spirational tale of Heather-Elizabeth Parkhurst as Jamie, Miami's number-one make-up artist when it comes to two-piece swimsuit contests. Encouraged by pals Devareux (Tiffany Turner) and Bink (Tonya Goodson) to throw her own killer body into the bikini competition, Jamie's life turns topsy-turvy, and her top comes off, as she becomes South Beach's most in-demand model. This Summer is no bummer.
