Bight (2026)

Charlie (writer/director Maiara Walsh) and her husband Atticus (the script’s cowriter Cameron Cowperthwaite) are two two artists who’s relationship has been lackluster as of late. She’s a workaholic and he’s become complacent, and they both may be working through some past trauma that’s kept them on their guard. They’ve been invited to a “celebration” at the home of their artist friend Naomi (Maya Stojan) and her photographer husband; Sebastian (Mark Hapka), but not really in a partying mood, they’ve agreed to go for one drink and then peace out. That plan is immeditaely scrapped when it turns out they are the only guests. Ignoring this major red flag, Charlie and Atticus stick around long enough to find out the real reason they were asked over: Sebastian is working on a special project and he wants to use them in the centerpiece. And when he says use them, he means strip them down and tie them up for an erotic BDSM-esque photoshoot. Somehow they’re still not suspicious of Sebastian, so the couple go along for the ride. But they should have been because Sebastian drugs their drinks and has something even worse planned for them. Both Maiara and Maya go just shy of showing real nudity. There are flashbacks to the couples having a foursome plus having sex separately, but we only see the ladies from the side. We don’t really catch anything juicy when Maya is tied up and suspended in mid air, or when Maiara takes off her bra for the photo session. At the end, there's a scene of Maiara and Cameron showering in the aftermath but the camera never catches Maiara’s best bits… or should we say bights?
